Clients willing
to purchase one of the townhouses on 87, Calea Turzii St. may either be
cash buyers or beneficiaries of mortgage credits offered by banks.
In the case of cash buyers, clients are requested to make a down payment
amounting to 30% of the contract sum. The balance is to be paid in instalments,
as agreed between the client and CasaRom.
Clients who are not cash buyers can apply for a mortgage credit from a
local bank. CasaRom offers its clients introductions to many Romanian banks,
that currently offer mortgage credits or construction loans. These included
Alfa Bank, HVB, BRD and BCR. The conditions for take a credit vary from
one bank to another in terms of down payments, maximum amounts, pledges
and interest rates charged.
