The principal construction is reinforced concrete slabs, columns and end walls with a central concrete staircase.
External façade walls are formed by sandwich panels with polyurethane insulated cores.
Partition walls between apartments comprise aerated concrete block walls, whereas interior partitions are made of gypsumboard stud construction.
