Clients that
purchased an apartment in the Primaverii Residential Park were either
be cash buyers or beneficiaries of mortgage credits offered by banks.
In the case of cash buyers, clients were requested to make a down payment
amounting to 30% of the contract sum. The balance was paid in instalments,
until the completion and handing over of the apartment.
Clients who were not cash buyers were able to apply for a mortgage credit
from local banks to whom CasaRom offered introductions. These included
Alfa Bank, HVB, BRD and BCR. The mortgage amount varied from 70 % to
30 %. Conditions for mortgage credit vary from one bank to another in
terms of down payments, maximum amounts, pledges and interest rates
charged.
