Ground Floor
The entrance to this house model is situated at the side of the house under an entrance canopy which extends to form the car port. The front door opens into a wind lobby in turn leading to a generous kitchen/dining area located at the front of the house and a large living area to the rear of the house.

A small bathroom fitted with wash hand basin and WC is accessible from the lobby area.
The living area is provided with a glazed annex and door leading to covered terrace at the rear of the house.
The kitchen/dining area is part tiled with laminated kitchen storage units and appliances as listed separately. A walk-in storage cupboard is also provided to the kitchen area.
Access to the civil protection shelter is obtained via stairs from the ground floor entrance lobby. Stairs access to the first floor is also via the entrance lobby.

First Floor
The first floor lobby leads directly into the two bedrooms located at the front and rear of the house. The main bedroom 1 is additionally provided with a dressing area with built-in clothes storage.
Bedroom 2 is situated at the rear of the house.
The bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a bath and overhead shower, and wall mounted WC and wash hand basin.

Basement
The basement area consists of a stair lobby leading to a civil protection shelter. Both areas can be used for a variety of functions.

Garden/External Areas
