Ground Floor
The house is entered via a covered porch leading directly into a wind lobby.
The lobby provides access, to the garage, WC and utility areas with stair
access to the basement level.
Main access to the ground floor areas is via double doors leading to
a large fully equipped kitchen having direct areas to living/dining area
and separated by a combined breakfast bar/serving counter.
The living/dining area is provided with glazed extension to the side
of the house with access to an external covered terrace area at the rear
of house. Stairs lead to first floor from this location.
First Floor
The first floor is reached by an impressive stairway to a lobby provided
with a large storage area and built-in clothes storage cupboard. The main
bedroom is entered via a dressing area with access to an en-suite bathroom.
Two further bedrooms and an additional bathroom are accessed from the lobby.
All bedrooms are equipped with built-in clothes storage areas and bathrooms
are fully tiled and provided with a bath and overhead shower, and wall
mounted WC and wash hand basin.
Basement
The basement area consists of a stair lobby leading to a civil protection
shelter. Both areas can be used for a variety of functions.
Garden/External Areas

railings, with separate personal and car access gates. A central pillar
will be fitted with electric light, electric access buzzer and built in
letterbox. All other boundaries will be provided with metal fencing.
Garden areas are fully landscaped and provided with grassed areas to

Driveways are constructed from heavy-duty concrete paving slabs. A perimeter
path way around the house is constructed from decorative concrete paving.
