The typical payment terms for the purchase of a home from CasaRom are:

Non-refundable reservation deposit of EUR 1,000 for a term of 15 days, in order to allow for the possible application and processing of mortgage financing;     30% down payment upon signature of contract;     30% stage payment on completion of superstructure, roof, and windows;     30% stage payment on completion of finishes;     10% final payment on transfer of ownership.

Clients willing to purchase a house in the Arad Subcetate Residential Park may either be cash buyers or beneficiaries of mortgage credits offered by banks. Clients who are not cash buyers can apply for a mortgage credit from a bank. CasaRom offers its clients introductions to many Romanian banks, which currently offer mortgage credits.
